National University of Singapore visits Iloilo

𝟮𝟬 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 — Twenty-four students from the National University of Singapore (NUS) arrived today in Iloilo to begin their two-week Youth Expedition and Community Immersion Program in Brgy. Layog, Maasin.

As part of their visit, the students paid a courtesy call to Iloilo Provincial Governor Arthur “Toto” Defensor Jr. and Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas. Both leaders warmly welcomed the group and expressed their interest in strengthening cultural, innovative, and economic exchanges with Singapore.

Most of the visiting students are from the College of Engineering. During their stay, they will also visit various universities in Iloilo as part of the 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿, which highlights institutions with innovation-focused programs and facilities.
